This has got to be the most asked question we've ever received. This is in no small part on account of the fact that we've been in development for quite some time now. We want to make sure that the site has a solid foundation BEFORE opening.

How often do you join similar sites and all you see is a pre-made avatar system and just a forum? We want to go far beyond that and meet the level of quality that some sites that have been around for years upon years currently have. That's a lot of catching up to do, and we're doing the best we can with a limited staff of 2 and virtually no funds coming in.

We're still doing the best we can!

Our goal has always been to be a different avatar community. We aren't opening this site for money, and we aren't going to ignore every single request our users have.

The reason we opened this site was to get away from the same avatar site again and again and again. We were always joining sites and being disappointed by them. Sometimes it was because the staff didn't care about the users, sometimes it was because of the way the site was run, and other times it was just because there wasn't a whole lot to do there.

We even worked for a few avatar sites in the past, and those experiences only strengthened our belief that the users deserve to be treated better. We need to listen to what they're saying and listen to what they want. We need to listen to what they dislike and if they really hate it... remove it! If they really love it, don't change it!

We never want people to feel obligated to donate, we don't want to have 1000 ways to give us money through cash shops and pay items. All we want is for everyone to have fun and help our community grow.

This is how an avatar site should be. That is our goal.

As we've said time and time again, we're not in Malthea for the money, we don't intend to make money and we're definitely not making any money now.

We're not asking for donations, but from time to time we do get someone asking us if it's possible to do so, and it is. Keep in mind that you don't get any kind of item for donating at this time, and all we can offer you is our sincerest thanks.

Again, we don't want to suggest to anybody that they donate to us, and we don't want people to feel obligated to. We don't expect to make ANY profit from this, and in fact any donations will just go towards offsetting our current debt into the site.

For those who donate: Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

For those who don't: Thank you for supporting us in every other way possible. You're equally as important, and we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you.
